    I love the taste of coffee - I just hate how it makes me feel. I get a 2 hour high and then a massive crash. But what options do I have if I enjoy the taste of coffee and I get a pop in short-term energy? So I tolerated the crash...for years - even if it didn't really work for me. 15 months ago I tried Update and I was skeptical. 15 months later, I'm a loyal customer. The taste works for me, but more than that, I get a solid feel of energy that has no massive spikes and crashes. I'm 50 years old. Energy is something I'm trying to optimize every single day.     Excellent in almost every way.

    The main selling point on Update for me was the paraxanthine and the benefits of consuming it vs. caffeine. The lack of sucralose, dyes, and cyanocobalamin(synthetic vit. B12) was the nail in coffin when it came to deciding whether or not to purchase.(not sure if update knows how important the last 3 were). With that said, the flavors are great, the energy is not extremely noticeable but it is definitely there and does not drag on/give you jitters. I think my caffeine addiction has more to do with that feeling than an actual lack of energy. Not mention, solid ingredients, alpha gpc is excellent. The only way I would improve on this drink is to add more vitamins or minerals.(anything non-synthetic that is.)

    Love the drinks, love what y’all are doing, and please don’t give in cheaper sweeteners and nutrients etc.!! You’ll have a loyal customer here if you don’t. ✌️
