    My FAVORITE Flavor

    This was the first flavor I tried, and I was sold for good. (I like all of the flavors now, except for Pineapple, sorry!!) Been a Kim supporter for the past few years, so when I saw her endorse Update, I really felt like she wouldn't promote something she didn't align with. The lack of caffeine drew me in, and as a woman struggling with ADHD, working full-time and being a college student, this drink helps lengthen my days, focus, and efficiency without keeping me up all night. My biggest hope for Update is that it keeps growing and is seen as a competitor for RedBull in the everyday convenience and grocery store. I get the variety pack at Walmart regularly and truly pray this journey never gets cut short!

    Update

    Found this yesterday at Walmart. LOVE the no calories, LOVE the no sugar… most of all LOVE the no jitters that you can get from most energy drinks or coffee!

    The BEST energy drink around!

    Ever since I tried my first Update energy drink, I've been hooked. The clean energy and focus you get from drinking them is unmatched. I've dabbled in all the top name brand energy drinks, and nothing compares to Update. All the flavors are amazing; my favorite is the pineapple!

    LOVE

    Got these at Walmart this morning and they are amazing. As a pre-med in college, caffeine is my best friend. However, I've started taking medication where I have to limit my intake of caffeine. These drinks I think are going to save me this semester. Not only do they taste amazing, they boost my energy and focus without the jitters or heart flutters. I also love that they last about 4 hours, making them great for an afternoon boost.
